I don't have a problem with white men, but why not have diversity?
What about hiring a Hispanic American? That might help to reduce some tension with Latin America.
If you don't want Latin America to get too comfortable, why not hire a Hispanic American woman? There is no country in the world that isn't sexist.
It's almost always sad when someone is fired. I'm not writing or implying an opinion about that, other than to say that I'm sorry that our country seems to be in perpetual turmoil.
