That is a picture of the speculum that I was given at the pediatrics department at Boston Medical Center, months ago. I was told by the person who gave it to me that it is the smallest size of speculum that the hospital has, and that it is this size of speculum that is used for the examinations of children and of infants.
This speculum was never used; it was in its plastic packaging until today.
