This isn't the first time that I have given my opinion about genocide. I don't give this opinion as a historian, a politician, a sociologist or anyone else who has the academic or professional credentials to give it. It's the opinion of a woman who was born over 4 decades ago.
There are only so many times that you can hear the words "Never Again" before you know that what they really mean is "Until Next Time."
