The media can't stop lying by omission.

April 1, 2017

Two months from today, I'll start my fifth year of homelessness.

Many of the men whom I met while I was homeless were sex offenders, although they never told me they were.  I don't know which of them were; we never talked about it.  When you're homeless, you're homeless; you can control so few things about your life that you have to deal with what is there, like everyone else.  People who can't deal with being homeless are homeless for longer than people who feel like they can't deal with it and who want to kill themselves every day, and yet deal with it.

Many homeless men harassed me; many homeless women also harassed me, as did many shelter staff.  I am permanently barred from almost every shelter in the Boston area, because I was mercilessly bullied at all of them until I couldn't take it anymore and yelled at someone.  I was barred from both the Long Island Shelter and the Woods-Mullen Shelter for one incident, in which a male staff person at the Long Island Shelter grabbed me by the arm and I subsequently punched him in the face.  I didn't know he had grabbed me until later, when someone told me that he had.  What I thought had happened was that he was yelling at me, I started to walk away, and then suddenly I was facing in the opposite direction from where I was walking, he was very close to me and I felt rage.  I remember him yelling at me, I remember me trying to walk away, I remember being suddenly facing him again, and I remember the rage that I felt right before I punched him in the face.  I didn't know that the rage was from him grabbing me.  He grabbed me in a room full of people.  I later met a woman who told me that she was repeatedly gang raped by staff at the Long Island Shelter, which closed in 2014.  My telling a supervisor at the Woods-Mullen Shelter what had happened did not remove the permanent bar; those shelters are part of the same system.  I don't know why someone decided to turn a former city morgue into the Woods-Mullen Shelter, or why it's been such a dirty, awful, dangerous place for so many years, where people sleep on bare mattresses or even on dirty mats on the dirty cafeteria floor.  I don't remember if you have to get up at 4:30, 5:00 or 5:30 a.m.; I haven't been at that shelter for a few years.  When one or more people cough at you all night for their amusement, whether you have to get up at 4 or 5 or 6 is meaningless.  One of the most difficult things for everyone who is homeless is sleep deprivation; everyone is tired for years.

Since 2010, I have blogged against sexual violence every day.  I've been tormented for it by the conglomerate, and I'm about to lose another apartment and be homeless again because of the conglomerate's dehumanizing abuse of me.

I blogged because I thought the conglomerate was capable of hearing what I said.  I thought the conglomerate was formed of people who were temporarily insane, and that they would realize that they were wrong.

There's been no infinitesimal increment of time since 2010 during which the conglomerate has treated me as if I'm a person, let alone a "real feminist."  Not that anyone who's part of the conglomerate was talking about feminism in 2010 or 2011, 2012 or 2013.  Its vogue only started a couple of years ago, and that's mostly been from a bunch of women who don't know what it is, talking about it after someone has done their hair and makeup and bleached their perfect teeth.

I know that everyone who was already abusing me before the election has used my refusal to bully President Trump and his family as yet another excuse to say that I deserve what has happened to me and what's about to happen to me.

Not everyone who was homeless when I was homeless bullied me.  I was grateful to be able to talk to anyone who didn't, but I'm sure that many of the homeless men who didn't bully me were also sex offenders.  I'm also sure that the conglomerate will exploit this page to say that sexual abuse isn't bad and that sex offenders shouldn't have to register; thousands of them were taken off registries while Mr. Obama was President.

I think what I'm saying at this page is that, when you have spent years of your life sleeping a few yards from poor people who are rapists and murderers, because a group of hyperprivileged, ignorant celebrities and the sexist social institutions that exploit their stupidity have made you the target of their relentless sexual aggression, it's not that you don't care if the President of the United States has not spent every year of his life being a nice person.  You do what you have always done, which is to appreciate everything that happens every day, everywhere, that isn't lethal.

WHAT IRONY?

April 1, 2017

That is a picture of the title of a churlish "People" article that was published yesterday.

The entire article ridicules the President.

I think what the person who wrote the article wants, and what people like her want, is for the President to be the cartoon villain that they're all saying that he is.

I asked him, and he listened.  If other people are similarly respectful and have reasonable requests, he might not always agree with them, but they won't have cause to feel ashamed of themselves and not even know it.

What do you want from the world?  Do you think progress is choreographed by G-d's event planner; all anyone has to do is be there for "the historic moment," to take a picture of it and talk about it?  That's not how it is; progress happens one punishing step at a time, and it doesn't happen more often than it does.

You're living in history, as has every person who has ever lived.  What right do you have to say that today isn't good enough for you, that you have all the time in the world, that people dying all over the planet is a trivial concern by contrast to you thinking of another joke to tell for a jeering audience?

Time and money; thrown away by the media for the seventh year in a row.

I have until June 1, 2017 to move out of the apartment, because nobody who knows what the truth is would tell anyone.

March 31, 2017

It's not enough time to obtain another place to live, probably not even in a slum.  I'll be homeless by June 1, 2016.

That's the agreement that I have to sign and give to the property management's office before Monday, to avoid eviction.

Score:

Money, Lies, Stigma, Misogyny:  2  (That's if you're only counting the number of apartments, since 2010, at which I've been miserably abused, and from which I've been forced to move for saying that I have rights, and you're not even talking about everything else that the conglomerate has inflicted on me for 7 years.)

Their victim:  0

Edward Snowden

March 31, 2017

You Tweeted this:

I think you should know:

Those are pictures of a page for which this is the address:

This is the address for the first page of results for "Knight Ridder":

I'm sure that you didn't know anything about Knight Ridder's nefarious past.  They're not the only organization that has pro-Nazi antecedents.  The Holocaust couldn't have happened if anti-Semitism weren't part of life everywhere for hundreds of years before it.

Hitler didn't brainwash people by himself, and he didn't entirely brainwash them.  He manipulated the worst of human nature.  It's what the conglomerate has done since 2010.

I don't know if you believe how corrupt the New York Times and many other media corporations are.  They launched an assault on society that has raged for 7 years.  They are hacking my phone.  They are watching me in my home.  They will gloatingly watch me be evicted, rather than to inform anyone who can stop the eviction that I'm telling the truth about the hidden, illegal cameras in my apartment.  Nobody other than the media knows how much the media is criminally invading the privacy of whomever it wants to dominate; other than publicizing its abuse of me, the media isn't telling the public about the media's criminal violations of people's privacy.

I'm not saying that every journalist is corrupt, or even that every journalist who works for or contributes to the New York Times is corrupt.  I also don't want the New York Times to file for bankruptcy; I want it to stop being corrupt.

I don't know anything about the Knight Foundation, and nobody should be judged only on the basis of his or her ancestors, for good or for bad.  I hope that you will be discerning about the role of media in society; I think you need to have some of your idealism tempered.  Media can be a powerful force for evil; that is historically indisputable.

That being said, and as disgusting as the media situation is, a free press is a necessity for a free society.  Although, a few months ago, I mentioned the thought of legislation to curb the media's abuse of free speech rights, it was one of the most painful pages that I have ever written.  I hope that the media will acknowledge that it is out of control and that it will stop being destructive without being coerced.

I also think that directly confronting the media with legislation is what President Trump will do only if he wants the media world everywhere to explode into attacks on his administration that will obliterate every other issue.  The government will be stymied at every turn, even for unrelated issues.  Nobody will hear anything that anyone says about anything else; the country will be where it was weeks after he was elected, or worse.  Although the media is coercive and is also repressive of other people's free speech, to which it frequently responds with every tactic from sexual harassment to death threats, and although it is very influential, it is not as directly powerful as the federal government.  Since that's the case, and since power needs to be used as sparingly as possible, and violence not at all if possible, I can't punch anyone at the New York Times right in the bleeping face, and the government can't tell the media to shut up other than in so many words.

I am free, both legally and by dint of my less-than-technically-prestigious place in society, to yell at the New York Times every day.  A lot of people would be yelling at the media if they knew what's been happening since 2010.  The most powerful people can't really do that without risking abusing their power; they have to treat the media as if the media were always capable of thinking and behaving appropriately, even when the media is trying to prove that it isn't capable of anything.

I hope that the people who helped you will be granted asylum.  The media should help those people, but it's publishing almost nothing about them.

It is, unfortunately, 2:14 a.m.  I'm going to be evicted on Monday.

My eviction trial is April 3rd; Monday of next week.

March 30, 2017

Somebody please tell the property management's lawyers that there are hidden, illegal cameras in my apartment. If someone doesn't do that today or tomorrow, I'll be evicted.

The lawyers' phone number is:

Anyone who knows that I'm telling the truth could leave an anonymous voicemail.

People who have my phone hacked also know what the email address(es) of one or both of the lawyers is/are, and could send those people an anonymous email saying that I'm telling the truth.  Considering how many people hack my phone and watch me in my home for their own amusement, I don't think it's too much to ask that they tell the truth about what's happening to me.  For someone who knows that I'm telling the truth to confirm it so that I can stop being treated as if I'm lying or delusional about the cameras would help to prove that he or she never meant for me to be exploited, victimized or violated.

I'll publish my preliminary page and similar pages again.  I started writing code policies years ago, because the conglomerate attacked me for every sentence and every copyright time that I published.  They don't really help, because the conglomerate is so hateful.  I've been publishing fewer pages since I have had this apartment, since I'm not outside as often and don't see as many things to document.  Because I've published fewer pages, I've felt that the copyright times are more noticeable, so I have cowered to the conglomerate's abuse and rearranged even more of my life to try to publish at times that won't trigger more abuse; the few minutes during an hour which have no code or that will be construed as having code that is contrary to the conglomerate.  I was awake for most of last night, because I'm going to be evicted in a few days.  This morning, I have an appointment at an agency that I hope will be able to help me pay movers for my things, because I don't have the money even for that.  I have spent several minutes that I don't really have writing this addition to the copyright notice, because I think it's appalling how many people the New York Times has exploited and I thought I should publish it immediately.  7, 8, 9 and 11 are particularly difficult hours during which to publish anything.  6 wasn't for a few years, until last year.  2, 3, 4 and 5 are also problematic.  @ 8:50 a.m.

I'm going to be evicted on April 3rd if nobody tells the property management's lawyers that there are hidden, illegal cameras in my apartment.

March 29, 2017

I don't understand why nobody has told them.

I don't know how people can be this hateful.

I don't even know what to say; I'll be homeless again.  Everyone who knows that I'm telling the truth hates me enough to want me to be homeless again?

When should I publish this page?  Does it matter?  The pages that I have published since December, asking that someone, even one person, tell the property management's lawyers that I'm telling the truth, haven't prompted anyone to tell them.

It is 9:41 p.m.  That is actually what time it is, although I can't say how many times today, or since 2010, I have thought about suicide.

There were no marches protesting President Obama's promotion of child molestation, because the media lied to the public by omission.

March 29, 2017

If the public had known what President Obama promoted, he would have had to resign.  Child molestation was only one of the crimes that he promoted.

He would have had to resign by the end of one week of truth from the media; a week that never happened.

Not only that, but the New York Times is promoting sexual harassment, voyeurism, involuntary pornography and child molestation today, and that newspaper hasn't stopped hacking my phone.

The New York Times is supposed to be one of the most respectable newspapers in the English-speaking world.  What does its corruption say about the media's manipulation of and lack of responsibility toward the public?

REPORT THE NEWS.  DON'T PROMOTE CRIME.  DON'T COMMIT CRIME.  DON'T LIE TO PEOPLE.  DON'T LIE ABOUT PEOPLE.  DON'T SET THE EXAMPLE OF CRUELTY AND CORRUPTION.

These are essentials of journalism that the media seems to think are wrong.

Copyright L. Kochman, March 29, 2017 @ 12:35 p.m.

How many people with disabilities is the New York Times going to exploit to promote sexual crime?

March 29, 2017

Also, what about all of the articles that the New York Times didn't write while Mr. Obama was President, when the Obama administration was contemporary to an unprecedented number of shootings and domestic mass murders?  Several of those incidents had nothing to do with terrorism and were only the result of the social fabric fraying from neglect and from the conglomerate's promotion of crime, including the hunting of human beings.

Bullying someone almost to death, encouraging people to promote criminal violations against the target's privacy; that's what the New York Times is calling an appropriate "rite of passage" for young people?

That's a picture of part of the first page of the New York Times' website.

This article has nothing to do with jobs being replaced specifically for the people who lose their jobs when fossil fuel production is stopped:

You're not talking about each person who loses work being given another job, at the same salary, at a place equidistant from home to the place where he or she used to work, where all of the people with whom he or she has worked for years will also be, utilizing the knowledge that they have.  What's being said to those people by anyone, nothing?  Environmentalists feel like all of those people should just be happy to be part of the cause of stopping climate change, and that they should applaud the people who are working in morally superior industries somewhere else?

This is at the top of the first page of the New York Times' website:

The implication that President Trump is the Climate Change Ogre by contrast to President Obama is repeated later:

This is a picture of part of the article called "Trump's Move to Revive Coal Won't Halt Rise of Its Rivals":

"Economic realities."  Poor President Obama had "economic realities" to deal with, unlike any other President, which the media and the rest of the conglomerate felt it would be burdensomely demanding of him for anyone to discuss in detail every week from 2010 to the present?

Notwithstanding the global hypocrisy of the media about comparing these Presidents, it's an informative article and I hope that the Trump administration and everyone else who's part of government will read it.

It's true that people who talk about the need to replace fossil fuels don't talk enough about how the economy can be restructured to support the people who lose work to environmental concerns.

March 29, 2017

There's no question that climate change is being caused by deleterious energy production and consumption.

I plead guilty; it's the least I can do, to say that there's not enough discussion of what to do for the people who don't know another form of employment and who are from places where there's no other work.

Vague promises that sustainable energy will provide as many jobs are insulting.  Where, how, when?  If you can't answer those questions, or you haven't bothered to answer them for the people to whom they matter in a real way every day, then you have yourself to blame for not convincing the government that those questions have real answers.

It's really sad.  It's another example of how idealistic people can fail to achieve a goal because they don't think about all of the factors of a situation, and because they treat people whose lives will be directly affected as if they're negligible.

2010 to 2017 would have been an opportune time to figure out how to help former coal mining towns have an economic transition.

March 28, 2017

No matter what happens to me, the conglomerate's response is never to empathize or to stop persecuting me; it is to increase the excuses for why I deserve it.

I am dehumanized, degraded and bullied by the conglomerate.

It's not as if I'm the only person whom the conglomerate's promotion of voyeurism has violated, but the conglomerate DOESN'T CARE.

That's the address of a video that I published at my current YouTube blog, "The railing is too low at the library," in October 2016.  The title of the blog is about the railing that's near the children's section of the Boston Public Library in Copley Square, which is the main public library in the Boston area.  When the library was renovated, whoever designed the renovations didn't care about the low railing and the two or more stories between it and the floor beneath it.

I don't choose the addresses that videos get when I publish them at YouTube.

Kochman, March 28, 2017 @ 10:00 p.m./That's what time it is.  No policy that I have written has ever stopped the conglomerate from attacking or exploiting me.  If I wanted to promote the conglomerate's agenda, I wouldn't have spent all of these years protesting against it, and my life wouldn't be as socially and materially excruciating as it is EVERY DAY.

The media frenzy is negatively influencing politics.

March 26, 2017

There is no politician in the world who hasn't gotten the message that aggressively challenging President Trump guarantees praise from the American media, no matter what the issue is.

There is no excuse for creating hysteria to sell a media product.

The media CAN'T PRETEND that it has always respected its role of fighting corruption or bad government.  Before President Obama started to promote crime in 2010, the media was attacking him, also.

Many of the crises that the world is dealing with today are the result of the conglomerate's destructive waste of time and resources since 2010.  Nobody can do two things at one time; if you're spending your time, money and energy promoting crime, and you're the most powerful people in the world, the world is going to fall apart.

Every year that the media emphasizes sales over sober reporting, the world continues to disintegrate.

Does the media ever think about how the United States is perceived by the rest of the world?  Does it ever occur to the media that the image of invariable turmoil, anger, fear and instability is dangerous to the country's national security and detrimental to our ability to be internationally consequential?

Democracy protects the rights of free speech and a free press; the American media's abuse of that right is causing murderous dictators to obtain and maintain control of other parts of the world.  They know we're a joke.  We are the epitome of a country that can't get its act together, that isn't paying attention, and that will eventually collapse.

President Trump

March 26, 2017

Please don't attack Speaker Ryan.  You have to be able to work with people, and you do need to know who the people are who are bad and who the people are who don't agree with you; they're not all one group.

I don't know a lot about Obamacare.  I'm so poor that the economic and political changes that are discussed by the media never really affect my life.

I don't know why you're attacking Planned Parenthood, either.  I know that Speaker Ryan has said he's pro-life, which people who are pro-choice tend to think is a misnomer, particularly since so many women are maimed or killed by illegal abortions when they don't have access to safe, clean clinics.  Planned Parenthood is also not only for abortions; it's for women's health throughout their lives.

I don't agree with Speaker Ryan about abortion, which does not prevent me from being able to recognize that he's not a bad person even though there are some things that I think he doesn't understand.

The conglomerate saw me tie a noose in the closet of this apartment during the first few months that I lived here.

March 25, 2017

The conglomerate has seen me do other things like that over the past year that I've been coping with the voyeurism and the conglomerate's daily ridicule and victim-blaming, full of references to its perversions of what it sees and hears in the apartment.

The conglomerate has seen me turn off the lights to change my clothes, shower and use the toilet every day for more than a year, which I also did in my last apartment; all the conglomerate does is torment me for having no power to protect myself.

The conglomerate knows that, when I tried to obtain psychological counseling at Boston Medical Center to help me deal with being victimized by voyeurism, the hospital didn't believe me, labeled me psychotic and dangerous, shunned me, and has since refused me adequate psychological and medical services and subjected me to degrading personal treatment.

The conglomerate knows that I have no friends.  I don't invite people to the apartment; for them to walk in the door would be to expose them to the conglomerate.  The conglomerate knows that I can't send one email, one text or have one phone call without exposing the person to whom I'm talking to the conglomerate and the conglomerate's abuse.

The conglomerate DOESN'T CARE.  There is NOTHING that happens to me that the conglomerate doesn't say I deserve.

I have lived in isolation and misery for 7 years, hoping that it will stop, and it doesn't.  Every abuse is excused and the victim-blaming for it is used to start another, worse abuse, until my total degradation is accepted as being normal.  I am even abused for supposedly being privileged to have so many people invading my privacy, and so there's nothing lacking from the stereotype of a false accuser of abuse that the conglomerate has applied to me; lying, crazy, looking for attention.

Then there are all of the other stereotypes about women, all thrown at me every day, often in the same jokes:

-Hypersexual and mercenary, even though I was a virgin until I was 27, haven't had sex since I was 29, have been personally poor all of my adult life and have rejected so many offers from so many rich people that I don't know how many there were.

-Old and ugly, even though one rich, physically attractive person after another has nursed his wounds of rejection by accusing me, usually for years, of manipulating them with my feminine wiles.

-So beautiful that not only should nobody feel bad about victimizing me with voyeurism, I AM BLAMED for the voyeurism and accused of wanting people to film me.

I think about suicide EVERY DAY.  I almost never think about anything else, and it's been like that for so many years that I am forgetting what it feels like not to think about it all the time.

Those are the addresses of videos that I filmed and published in December 2016 and January 2017, respectively.  Although I have spoken to patient advocacy at Boston Medical Center since these incidents occurred, things have only worsened; I was sent a letter refusing me physical treatment at the office where I was degraded by the unexpected presence and coercive behavior of the security guards.

The websites that host hateblogs about me have refused to remove them from the Internet, saying that they have no responsibility for what people publish.

That's the address of the first page of Google results for "lena kochman."

All of the false accusations about me that have happened in the Boston area over the past year are the result of people reading about me online, trying to upset me with persistent harassment, and/or lying about my reactions and other behavior.  They then use what "the Internet" says about me to "prove" that they're the victims and I'm the aggressor.

The refusal of the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission to help me to access their employment network, the refusal of Boston Medical Center to provide me with adequate medical care, and the anxiety of the property management to have me removed from the building, are all the result of what people are saying about me on the Internet, and not the result of aggressive or otherwise inappropriate behavior from me.  Someone who works for the property management installed the hidden, illegal cameras in the apartment when he or she knew that I was about to rent it.  What's said about me on the Internet is why the property management doesn't believe me.

Has anyone ever tried less to be famous while other people were trying to make her famous?  Has anyone ever tried less to exploit rich people who are so used to an exploitative working and social culture that they wouldn't have said it was exploitation if I hadn't rejected them?  Has anyone ever been so viciously sexually harassed and slut-shamed by so many people and for so many years, for saying No to people who say they want to sleep with her?

I started to have urogenital pain in September 2016.  I have had it for 7 months, and I don't know when or where I'll be able to have appropriate, respectful medical treatment.  I have no idea what's being said about me at Boston Medical Center that is preventing my having appropriate, respectful care.  It was so difficult to call for the first appointment about the problem anyway, because of the years of trauma to which the conglomerate has subjected me.  Unfortunately, I wouldn't be surprised if what those of the adminstration of Boston Medical Center who are destroying my health are saying is that I'm obsessed with having a dirty vagina, that I don't really have a physical problem that has a physical cause, that it's all psychological and that my obsession is making me a potential danger to providers, and that's why I can't have an appointment or an exam without a female security guard in the room and a male security guard outside the door.

The problem feels like an infection, and has responded, although only temporarily, to antibiotics prescribed over the course of several weeks, months ago, before I was refused treatment.  If it is an infection, and I continue not to have appropriate treatment for it, I'm concerned that I'll have permanent damage.

I'm not crazy, and I have no reason to lie.

March 25, 2017

I have sent these pictures to everyone in the Boston area whom I have asked for help.  I call them my Not Crazy pictures:

A crazy woman does not live in that apartment.  A crazy woman did not earn those final grades for the Spring 2016 college semester.

I've been homeless for 4 of the past 6 years.  I would have to be crazy to lie that there are hidden, illegal cameras in my apartment, and to tell a lie like that week after week and month after month, knowing that I'll have to leave the apartment if I don't stop saying it.

I don't have any money.  I can't even pay for movers to move my things to storage, let alone a security deposit for another apartment.  I also know that when prospective landlords and employers do one search of "lena kochman" from an Internet search engine, I'm the last person they want to rent to or hire.  It took two years of homelessness, from 2014-2016, for me to obtain this apartment, after being evicted from my last apartment for saying there were hidden, illegal cameras in it, after being homeless and victimized by voyeurism from 2011-2013 before obtaining that apartment, where I was devastated to be victimized by voyeurism in MY OWN HOME.

I'M NOT CRAZY, AND I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE.

All of my furniture is from the warehouse of the Homeless Coalition or other donations.  It was at my last apartment, and I paid for it to be in storage every month for two years of homelessness from 2014 to 2016.

I bought the blanket at Walmart in December of 2015, because I had a Department of Mental Health bed at the Quincy Mental Health/South Shore Mental Health Center and I knew they often didn't have enough blankets. It was one of the things that the staff there threw into a garbage bag and then into a closet when they finally had me involuntarily committed to a locked psychiatric unit after months of their failing to address my being harassed at their unit.

This is the address of a clip at YouTube from an October 2016 episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon:

There are hidden, illegal cameras in my apartment.  People tap into them and take video and audio recordings from them, 24 hours/day.  They don't feel bad about it.  They have no remorse.  They don't care; they think it's funny and that I deserve it.

That episode is one of many jokes the conglomerate has told about me during this year of my being victimized by voyeurism in my own home for the second time in a row.

I bought a shirt at a thrift store a few weeks ago.  When I bought it, I hadn't remembered and wasn't thinking about the Jimmy Fallon show.  It's difficult to buy clothing because of code and the conglomerate.  It's also difficult to be surrounded by people who expect you to explain everything that you do and say, and who don't believe you even when you do explain, and who scoff at your explanations, because they want to think that you're a bad person who deserves their abuse.  This paragraph is not a non sequitur.  The conglomerate is going to harass me into more years of homelessness; the conglomerate is going to harass me to death.

Somebody please tell the lawyers for the property management that there are hidden, illegal cameras in my apartment.

March 25, 2017

The police DID NOT FIND the hidden, illegal cameras in my apartment during their investigation several weeks ago, but the media is one of a lot of groups that know that the voyeurism isn't a false accusation.

The police department doesn't have even one electronic detector for cameras; that's what the police officer told me.  How many American police departments automatically don't believe allegations of voyeurism and how many of them don't conduct real investigations, assuming instead that the victims are paranoid and delusional?

Almost EVERYONE whom I have asked for help in the Boston area thinks that I'm paranoid and delusional; even people who like me think that I'm paranoid and delusional about this problem.  NOBODY is helping to precisely locate and remove the cameras, and I'M GOING TO LOSE THE APARTMENT.

The only person in the Boston area who has said that he believes me is the police officer who was one of the investigators.  He had the decency to sound embarrassed when he told me over the phone "We believe you; we just can't find the evidence," a few weeks after the investigation, but neither he nor anyone else at the police station has done anything else to locate the cameras or even to answer my subsequent emails, which were neither rude nor prolific.

I live at the juncture of victim-blaming and minimization, between people who know I'm telling the truth but who think that I deserve what's happening to me, and people who like me as a person but who don't believe that the cameras are in the apartment.

Would somebody like to tell me what he or she thinks I should have said or done to avoid being the victim of this crime in two apartments in a row, not even to mention in homeless shelters, psychiatric units, gyms, and everywhere else that it's happened?  What about how I have reported it this time, and everything that I have said and done to ask people to remove the cameras from the apartment, since I knew that nobody would believe me or help me?  I never tried to report any instance of voyeurism, anywhere, to the police before I was sent a Nonrenewal of Lease letter for this apartment on January 5, 2017.  I was sent that letter after I had told the property management's lawyers that it's not a false accusation and that I wouldn't stop talking about it.  That's not to say that I have never asked for anyone's help about being victimized by voyeurism; I have asked a lot of people for help, for years, and NOBODY has helped me, which is why it hasn't stopped happening to me.

I didn't tell anyone to install hidden, illegal cameras anywhere that I have lived; the conglomerate told people to do that, and has blamed me when they did.  I have said and done everything that I could do to stop voyeurism from happening to me.  I am specifically targeted for it; the conglomerate HAS TOLD THE WORLD TO VICTIMIZE ME.

Do you know what it's like to ask for help, knowing that not only won't you be helped, you'll be condescended to and treated as if you're the problem?  Do you know what it's like not to ask for help because you know that nobody will help you, and then to be treated suspiciously because you didn't tell anyone sooner?

The conglomerate is LAUGHING at me for losing this apartment.  I don't care and never have cared about the conglomerate's opinion, because the conglomerate doesn't care and never has cared that I have rights.

Rape won't stop in a rape culture.

March 25, 2017

This is a picture of what the phone screen looked like when I was reading a Washington Post article about sexual assault:

The person who wrote the article has no control over the ads; ads that degrade women are everywhere.

This is a picture of the first part of the "USA Post" page advertised by the "Video":

You can't stop rape in a rape culture that brainwashes women into consenting to be degraded, that attacks women who refuse to consent, and that does everything that it can think of to construe a victim's actions as consent rather than to acknowledge that a victim's discussion of her actions could be as valid as the many theories purported by those who WEREN'T at the scene of the crime and who want to portray her as a false accuser.

What if colleges and universities could be sued by student rapists and their families, for failing to provide environments which discourage a "boys will be boys" attitude about sexual assault?  Would that stop the victim-blaming and prompt school administrations to be responsible for what happens at their schools?

Rather than accuse victims of ruining their attackers' futures by talking about what happened, and rather than excuse sexual assault by saying that to punish it is tragic for the attackers, why not acknowledge that failing to educate young men about their sexual responsibilities does ruin their futures?

The New York Times should stop promoting child molestation, voyeurism and involuntary pornography.

March 23, 2017

The New York Times should stop hacking my phone.

The New York Times should stop watching me from the illegal, hidden cameras in my apartment and circulating the video illegally filmed from those cameras and from everywhere else that I've been victimized by voyeurism.

I am losing my apartment because of the "false" accusation that there are hidden, illegal cameras in the apartment.  The New York Times is one of many media sources that know that it's not a false accusation.  Since December 22, 2016, which was when I received the first letter from the property management's lawyers, telling me that there are no cameras in the apartment and to stop saying that there are, NOBODY has called that law firm to say that it's not a false accusation, and so not only do I continue to have to live with these cameras in the apartment and the ridicule of people, like the New York Times, who are watching me from them, I'm being forced to find somewhere else to live.

This is the second apartment in a row where this has happened to me, and since there's nothing that I can do to stop it every time that it happens, there's nothing stopping it from happening again.

This is a question to which you know the answer:

Did the Obama administration promote sexual abuse?

It's not a trick question.

You and every other media source in the United States have colluded in silence for 7 years about what President Obama did, and so has the entertainment industry, and so have a lot of people.

As far as those from the entertainment industry who are self-righteously and vociferously protesting the electron of President Trump; THEIR corrupt candidate didn't win, and that's all there is to it.  I wish it weren't.

The United States should apologize for this mistake.

March 22, 2017

That's the address of an article about civilians killed in Syria.

There should be no declarations from Western governments about today's London attack that do not acknowledge that we're not the only people who are suffering losses.

The years of counting one Westerner as being worth several others should never have happened, and yet, centuries later, those years haven't stopped happening.

If someone had apologized this morning, the London attack might not have happened.  If we want people who aren't us not to think we're all alike, then we can't treat them as if they are.

Even ISIS could have understood an apology for civilian deaths; not that it gives those apologies.  We could have set that example, and we should, and these accidental incidents have to stop.

Premeditated murder doesn't cause indifference nearly as often as indifference provokes murder, but there's no excuse for either.

You are one of the many media sources that has encouraged people to victimize me and others with voyeurism.  You are one of the many media sources that has promoted sexual harassment.  You are one of the many media sources that has promoted child rape and child pornography.

Today, aren't you promoting serial rape?

You have spent 7 years abusing your authority and the public's trust.  You're liars.

No, he doesn't; not any worse than President Obama and the rest of the conglomerate.

March 21, 2017

That's the address of an article to whose title I'm responding.

I'm sure that The Washington Post knows that there are hidden, illegal cameras in my apartment.  It is entirely plausible that the Obama Administration invaded President Trump's privacy, and even if there were "proof," it would be such a scandal that I think there are many in government who would not want to prosecute a former President whom the media's lies of 7 years have made so popular by comparison to a President who doesn't pander to anyone.

I will continue to ask that President Trump take steps to reduce the national rates of sexual assault.  I will continue to say that I think respectful financial, social and political engagement with Central and South America is a better approach than a wall.  I will continue to say that the Syrian refugees and other refugees should have as much humanitarian aid and other support in place that the United States and other countries can give them until they are able to return safely to their homes.

President Trump has enacted sanctions against Iran.  He has sent the U.S. military to Syria.  His judgment for those and many other decisions is good, and I hope that he'll have the time and support to be the President that the United States needs.

I'm a Democrat who's about to be late for class, so I have to stop writing at this time.

An unintentional group effort

March 21, 2017

The people who don't believe what I'm saying about my apartment and the people who know that it's true but who think I deserve to be homeless are going to make me homeless.

The almighty dollar, which I don't have, has spoken.  My poverty, of which I am not ashamed, and the implacable stigma of mental illness, of which society should be ashamed, never stop making me vulnerable to abuse, gaslighting, lies, and the destabilization of every positive and productive thing I do.  It is very difficult to be a homeless college student, which I will be before the end of this month.

A maintenance person who knows, probably from the many Internet DIY videos about it, how to install hidden, illegal cameras in someone's apartment, is defeating all of the following:

-me

-his supervisor, who had nothing to do with the cameras being installed in my apartment and who believes what he's telling her.

-the property management's law firm, which is representing the property management for this eviction from the premise that there are no cameras in the apartment, and in so doing is increasing the property management's injuries against me in this de facto retaliation for my reporting being the victim of the crime of voyeurism in my home for more than a year.

-the police department, which conducted as much of an investigation as I guess the police usually do for reports of voyeurism, which yielded no evidence other than the audio and video of the police walking around my apartment for a few minutes and then condescending to me for half an hour.  Somebody has that audio/video, and probably thinks it's amusing, which it horribly is.

-the legal services for poor people, who refused to represent me because the police provided no evidence that the cameras are in my apartment and because I wouldn't relinquish the only right that's not yet being impaired by my being persecuted; the right to free speech that I'm accessing by blogging about what's happening.

How many other crimes are being committed every day, in the United States and everywhere else, because the legal systems' awareness and the law enforcement agencies' technogical capacities are antiquated?

The New York Times knows that I'm telling the truth, knows that it's criminally invading my privacy, knows that it's threatening innocent people who have no choice about my being part of their lives for a while.

I filmed a video at my phone that I didn't publish a few days ago, saying that my teachers are really nice this year and that every time I'm in class they're obviously hoping that I won't kill myself before the next class.  That's probably why the New York Times is attacking one of my teachers today.
