You should have settled out of court and privately with Ms. Eramo, who is the only person of all the plaintiffs who had any claim to restitution, although it wasn't much of a claim.
Don't blame me that you pushed it through to a jury trial which you were almost guaranteed to lose.
I can't win for being right. When the people who have the power are wrong, it doesn't matter how right everybody else is.
