I don't think that all of the countries that are hosting those people are doing everything that they can to ensure that the refugees are living in safe conditions.
Is anyone taxing the corporations that are doing business with the Syrian regime or its partners to provide money to improve those conditions?
There's also no reason that the United States and other countries can't provide additional humanitarian funds, support people and supplies, or that every corporation in the world can't donate those necessities.
