They are prank mail. Someone has ordered magazines in my name for a couple of years. Then I'm sent the magazines and the invoices for the magazines. Sometimes the person hyphenates my last name to say things like "Brokeho-Kochman" or adds celebrity names at the end. Sometimes the person also uses my name to order gift subscriptions for obscene names.
I have had literally hundreds of these magazines and the invoices for them; they started being sent to me when I was homeless. Sometimes I call and cancel them, but there are so many of them, and I have so many other problems, that I throw a lot of them into a plastic bag. Eventually, they are cancelled by themselves because of nonpayment.
I tried to tell the police about that, also, and the police didn't care.
