His administration's tactics of manipulation, intimidation, blatant disregard for civil liberties, Soviet-Union-style attacks on the friends and families of his critics, and promotion of crime all prompt me to say that he ought to have resigned years ago.
It would be a tragedy if the first President of the United States who isn't totally white were to have to resign; that's why I have stopped saying that he should.
I hope that he will stop being such a bad President.
