Men who own the corporations pay for the advertising and other financing; is that accurate?
If it's accurate, is that also why so much hasn't changed, despite the membership of the Producers Guild of America being almost 50% female?

It took almost 20 years for the percentage of women serving as Board members in the United States to get from 10% to not even 20%? That's not to mention how many of those women don't chair those boards.
