Rich women have always had access to medical services that poor women haven't, and they also have always been able to use their power to define social movements for their own interests after everyone else has done all the work.
Not all rich women are bad people, but it is frequently difficult for people who were born privileged to understand what other people's lives are like, no matter how much time they spend involved in humanitarian causes.
This was entirely unprovoked:

At no time ever in her life has Emma Watson been anywhere near being homeless. That's one of the many things that have happened to me that haven't and never will happen to her.
