I have NEVER DONE ANYTHING TO HER.
Every time that I pay my credit card bill over the phone, the automatic voice at American Express tells me that I can type the numbers of the amount that I want to pay, for example, by typing 5 1 * 2 0.
That's how I get treated FOR PAYING THEM.
