Phi Kappa Psi's bank account

April 20, 2017

Has there been an independent evaluation of Phi Kappa Psi's financial records, or was the Charlottesville Police Department's statement that there were no expenditures consistent with Phi Kappa Psi having a party the night that Jackie was raped accepted without question?

Is there a courtroom where the Internet-documented failure of fraternities all over the country to register parties has been discussed as that failure pertains to the accusations against the Rolling Stone article?

That's a picture of part of the Charlottesville Police Department's March 23, 2015 statement about that police department's investigation.  It is from a reprint of the statement by the Washington Post.  If the reprint is inaccurate, the Post hasn't mentioned it.

This is the address of the Post article:

What about the records of Ms. Erdely's conversations with Jackie, prior to the publication of the Rolling Stone article, that Ms. Erdely submitted to the court during Ms. Eramo's lawsuit?  During one of those discussions, Jackie told Ms. Erdely that one of the first things that Ms. Eramo did when Jackie told her that she was raped was to investigate whether or not there was a party at Phi Kappa Psi on September 28, 2012, and that "there was."

Has anyone investigated that documentation to determine whether it seems falsified?  If so, I haven't heard about it, and it seems to me that it's the sort of thing that someone would have reported as being falsified during this misogynist witch hunt, unless it were entirely authentic.
