Shouldn't the organization of that start with trying to preserve as much of what's of historic and colloquial value as possible, rebuilding to honor what was lost, and modernizing? Why not ask all the Syrians what's the most important to them to have rebuilt, nationally and locally?
It would help if there were businesses that would donate supplies at no or reduced cost.
Shouldn't people be having conferences about that?
