There also should be a lot of people who are trained to address Internet issues before they are at the level of violent crime.

This is a picture of one of the many Google results for hate blogs that are at the first page of results for "lena kochman":

I have contacted many of the administrators for this type of blog; almost all of them refused to take responsibility for what people were using those websites to publish about me.

This blog was one that I was able to have temporarily stopped.
