That's the phone number for the Motor Vehicle Network that's shown on the television screen in the waiting room of the Department of Transitional Assistance. There are ads on the screen encouraging local businesses to advertise through that network; they are told to call the phone number or to "text adinfo to 82257."
One of the stories that was just shown on the screen had a caption that said "President Obama and his daughters shopped for books and ice pops on Small Business Saturday."
Another caption about gas costing the least that it has in "7 years" says "Gas costs an average of $2.20 per gallon."
