That's the license plate of a car that drove past me when I was about to walk through MIT.
There are probably a lot of people who would pay for illegally filmed video of MIT students in showers, bathrooms and dorm rooms. Those students, and their parents, should hope that the maintenance people at MIT have enough integrity not to try to make money that way; however, the school's administration has promoted voyeurism and other sexual abuse for such a long time, and the conglomerate has publicized those types of abuses as heroic for such a long time that it's improbable that there are no hidden cameras at MIT.
